It is the card issued by the Turkish Immigration and Residence Department, which ensures that the buyer has the right to reside in Turkey, and after the buyer has obtained the title deed, and the residence card, it is important to verify the housing and residence information with the municipal department.
Third: Management and organization fees (proceeds):
Private companies provide management and organization services to residential complexes in exchange for paying specific monthly wages whose value varies from one compound to another.
Fourth: Water and electricity charges:
The ownership of the new property is registered in the water and electricity departments, and the collection process (payment) is done on a monthly basis.
Fifth: Real estate settlement certificate:
