Turkey enters the Guinness Book after planting 303 thousand seedlings within an hour!
The Guinness Book of Records announced that the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry set a record for planting 303 thousand and 150 seedlings within one hour in the northern state of korum.
Turkish female farmers and forests set a record in the Guinness Book of Records for planting more than 303,000 seedlings within an hour in the northern Turkish city of korum.
The representative of the Guinness Book in Turkey, Mrs. (Shida Subashi), announced this after a campaign launched by the President of the Turkish Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the campaign includes planting 11 million seedlings throughout Turkey.
Soubashi happily announced the entry of the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to the Guinness Book of Records and expressed her thanks and gratitude to all who contributed to this great project that helps in combating global warming.
Also, the Turkish Minister of Agriculture received the Guinness Book of Records, and thanked all citizens who contributed to the success of this work.
And the record holder Indonesia was able to enter the Guinness Book of Records, by implanting 232,647 implants in one hour.
It is noteworthy that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, earlier Monday, participated in the afforestation campaign that started in the Turkish capital Ankara under the slogan “Today planted and breathed tomorrow”, along with the Minister of Agriculture Bakir Pak Demirli and other officials.
