The following are the documents necessary to ensure legal real estate registration in Turkey:
First: Title Deed (Tabu):
It is the document that confirms the ownership of the property and is provided to the owner by the Real Estate Registration Department (Tabu).

It is the card issued by the Turkish Immigration and Residence Department, which guarantees that the buyer obtains the right to reside in Turkey, and after the buyer obtains the title deed and the residence card, it is important to confirm the residence and residence information with the municipality department.
